目的：探讨与用药错误有关的护理不良事件的原因。方法将临沂经济技术开发区人民医院2012年1月至2014年12月期间的与用药有关的护理不良事件进行分类分析。结果本文所涉及的25例用药错误事件，分析处理到位，无暂时性伤害和永久性伤害事件的发生。结论用药错误的发生与护理过程的多种因素密切相关，应加强责任心，规范用药，减少不良事件的发生。
목적：탐토여용약착오유관적호리불량사건적원인。방법장림기경제기술개발구인민의원2012년1월지2014년12월기간적여용약유관적호리불량사건진행분류분석。결과본문소섭급적25례용약착오사건，분석처리도위，무잠시성상해화영구성상해사건적발생。결론용약착오적발생여호리과정적다충인소밀절상관，응가강책임심，규범용약，감소불량사건적발생。
Objective To explore the causes of adverse events related to medication errors .Methods Do‐ing a classification analysis on the nursing adverse events in relation with medication errors during the peri‐od from January ,2012 to December ,2014 in Linyi city Economic and Technological Development Area People’s hospital .Results T he 25 cases of medication error events involved in this paper are analyzed and handled in place ,with no temporary and permanent injury incidents happening .Conclusion Medication er‐ror is closely related with various factors in nursing process ,therefore ,the nurses should strengthen their sense of duties ,regulate the standard of prescription ,and try to reduce the occurrence of adverse events .
