随着大数据时代的到来,食品工程领域发生了巨大的变化,食品科学与工程专业人才的培养模式和体系也将受到巨大的影响。论述了在大数据背景下食品科学与工程专业教学体系面临的挑战,提出对大数据背景下我国食品科学与工程专业课程体系的优化、人才培养数据的建设及整合、教学内容的优化与更新、以及教学理念和教学方法改革措施,为提升我国食品工程领域的人才的培养质量提供了新思路。
隨著大數據時代的到來,食品工程領域髮生瞭巨大的變化,食品科學與工程專業人纔的培養模式和體繫也將受到巨大的影響。論述瞭在大數據揹景下食品科學與工程專業教學體繫麵臨的挑戰,提齣對大數據揹景下我國食品科學與工程專業課程體繫的優化、人纔培養數據的建設及整閤、教學內容的優化與更新、以及教學理唸和教學方法改革措施,為提升我國食品工程領域的人纔的培養質量提供瞭新思路。

Great changes have taken place in the field of food engineering with the advent of the era of big data, accordingly, it will be reformed in the Education Model and Curriculum system of Food Science and Engineering Specialty. This paper discussed the challenge of teaching system of food science and engineering under the background of big data. The optimization for Curriculum system of food science and engineering specialty, the construction and integration of education model, the optimization and updation of teaching content, and the reform measures of teaching principle and teaching method were be put forward. It provided a new idea for improving the quality of talent cultivation in the field of food engineering in China.
