阴道镜检查是宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）和宫颈癌筛查与早期诊断的重要技术之一，其应用范围在日趋扩大。研究表明阴道镜检查具有敏感度高、特异度低的特点，其图像的判断受主观因素的影响，且诊断标准不统一，为此，许多学者提出建立阴道镜评分系统以期达到客观、统一的目的。阴道镜评分系统可以客观地评价阴道镜图像，减少主观因素影响，辅助评估病变的程度，为病理诊断提供恰当的临床资料和提示。目前国际上常用的阴道镜评分系统有：Reid 评分系统、Swede评分系统、Shafi-Nazeer评分系统、Coppleson分级系统等。未来，仍会有学者不断进行总结、探索和研究，提出争议与新的改良建议，以更好地发挥阴道镜在宫颈病变诊治中价值。

Colposcopy is one of the important technology for screening and early diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer. Its scope of application is increasingly expanding. However, the diagnosis accuracy of colposcopy was constantly questioned. Studies show that colposcopy has high sensitivity and low specificity. Factors affecting the diagnosis accuracy of colposcopy are the complexity and diversity of colposcopy image, clinical experience and the systematic training of colposcopy operator, standard operating procedures and unified standards of evaluation, etc. The establishment of colposcopic index system can objectively evaluate colposcopy images, reduce the influence of subjective factors, assist in evaluating the extent of disease, provide clinical data and appropriate suggestion for pathological diagnosis. The current commonly used colposcopy scoring system are: Reid colposcopy index, the Swede scoring system, Shafi-Nazeer scoring system, Coppleson classification system. In the future, scholars will keep on summarizing, exploring and researching, proposing the dispute and new suggestions for improvement, in order to better play the value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical lesion.
