慢性阻塞性肺疾病是危害人类健康的常见病、多发病，其具体的发病机制尚未完全明确，目前尚无根治策略，进一步明确其发病机制可以对以后的临床工作中的检验、诊断、治疗提供新方法，对靶向性治疗提供新思路。本文通过慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病机制中产生的炎症因子和相关基因进行归纳，探讨不同炎症因子及相关基因在该病发病过程中产生的作用。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common and frequently occurring disease endangering human health. Its specific pathogenesis is not completely clear and there is no cure strategy currently. Further studies about its pathogenesis can provide a new method of diagnosis and treatment and a new thought about the targeted therapy. Interleukins and related genes in the pathogenesis of COPD were summarized in this article to investigate its functions in the pathogenesis of COPD.
