目的：观察针刺背俞穴结合局部皮损围刺治疗静止期寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例。治疗组采用针刺背俞穴结合局部皮损处围刺，每周3次；对照组口服复方青黛胶囊，并外用卡泊三醇。两组疗程均为2个月，治疗前后记录两组患者银屑病面积和严重程度指数（PASI）评分，运用 PASI 评分来计算临床疗效。结果：两组 PASI 评分均明显改善，治疗组和对照组的治疗后 PASI 评分相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗组临床疗效总有效率优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论：针刺背俞穴结合局部皮损围刺对静止期寻常型银屑病的疗效确切，不良反应少，疗效优于口服复方青黛胶囊联合外用卡泊三醇软膏。
목적：관찰침자배유혈결합국부피손위자치료정지기심상형은설병적림상료효。방법：장80례환자수궤분위치료조급대조조각40례。치료조채용침자배유혈결합국부피손처위자，매주3차；대조조구복복방청대효낭，병외용잡박삼순。량조료정균위2개월，치료전후기록량조환자은설병면적화엄중정도지수（PASI）평분，운용 PASI 평분래계산림상료효。결과：량조 PASI 평분균명현개선，치료조화대조조적치료후 PASI 평분상비교，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；치료조림상료효총유효솔우우대조조（P ＜0.05）。량조환자균무엄중불량반응발생。결론：침자배유혈결합국부피손위자대정지기심상형은설병적료효학절，불량반응소，료효우우구복복방청대효낭연합외용잡박삼순연고。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture at Back -shu point combined with surround needling around the areas of skin lesions on psoriasis vulgaris in stationary phase.Methods Eighty patients were randomized into twogroups:40 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture at Back -shu points combined with surround needling around theareas of skin lesions,3 times a week ,and 40 cases in the control group treated by Compound Qingdai Capsule and Calcipotriol for application.The courses of two groups are 2 months.Psoriasis area and severity index (PASI)was recorded to evaluate the therapeuticeffect.Results PASI score of both groups were significantly improved.PASI score was compared between two groups after treatment,the difference is statistically significance (P <0.05).The therapeutic effect of Treatment Group surpassed that of the Control Group(P <0.05).Both two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The treatment of Acupuncture at Back -shupoint combined with surround needling around the areas of skin lesions is effective for psoriasis vulgaris in stationary phase with less adverse;The therapeutic effect is better than that of Compound Qingdai Capsule and Calcipotriol for application.
