目的:观察重组人白介素-11衍生物(百杰依)对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后血小板减少的疗效与不良反应。方法采用自身对照的方法,对化疗后血小板减少至50×109/L以下的肿瘤患者16例给予百杰依25μg/kg·d,皮下注射,连用3~10天,连用百杰依10天或血小板计数升高5个绝对值时停药。观察血小板计数变化情况及不良反应。结果经百杰依治疗后16例肿瘤患者的血小板计数均显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后血小板持续在≥100×109/L以上的时间也显著长于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应以Ⅰ~Ⅱ级乏力、水肿为主。结论百杰依对化疗药物引起的血小板减少具有确切的疗效,不良反应轻微,耐受性较好,对提高化疗效果有帮助,可广泛应用于临床。

목적:관찰중조인백개소-11연생물(백걸의)대악성종류환자화료후혈소판감소적료효여불량반응。방법채용자신대조적방법,대화료후혈소판감소지50×109/L이하적종류환자16례급여백걸의25μg/kg·d,피하주사,련용3~10천,련용백걸의10천혹혈소판계수승고5개절대치시정약。관찰혈소판계수변화정황급불량반응。결과경백걸의치료후16례종류환자적혈소판계수균현저고우치료전,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료후혈소판지속재≥100×109/L이상적시간야현저장우치료전,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。불량반응이Ⅰ~Ⅱ급핍력、수종위주。결론백걸의대화료약물인기적혈소판감소구유학절적료효,불량반응경미,내수성교호,대제고화료효과유방조,가엄범응용우림상。
Objective To observe the efficacy and the side effects of rhIL-11 derivatives on malignant tumor patients suffering from thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy.Methods The test adopted own control , thrombolytic count of 16 patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy was less than 50×109/L ,then they received hypodermic injection baijieyi 25μg/ kg·d which lasts 3~10 days.Stop using when they have received hypodermic injection baijieyi 10 days continuously or the thrombolytic count came to 100×109/L.The change of thrombolytic count and side effects of baijieyi (rhIL-11derivatives) was observed.Results Thrombolytic count of 16 patients with malignant tumor after injecting baijieyi was obviously higher than before (P<0.05).And the duration of thrombolytic count which is over 100×109/L, was also obviously longer than before (P<0.05).Major side effect included fatigue and edema.Conclusions The baijieyi could elevate thrombocytopenia induced by chemotherapy in malignant tumor patients with slight side-effects and good tolerace, could help improve the efficacy of chemotherapy and adopt to clinic on a large scale.
