In order to satisfy the housing demand of state-owned employees in Changxing island, drive the development of economy and tourism industry, reduce the enterprise employee turnover, retain talent and attract talent, the paper analyses the housing security system model of Changxing island, and put forward the near term and mid-long term development proposal in housing security and housing planning of state-owned employees, as the principle of deposit quantity, optimizing structure and improving quality. The research conclusions carry out the clear direction on the implementation of the housing security policies, and provide theoretical foundation for the relevant planning compilation.
