Polygala crotalarioides%extraction and isolation%chemical constituents%oligosaccharide polyesters
目的:研究西南远志的化学成分。方法:采用 HPD100大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、Rp -18反相柱层析方法分离纯化。结果:从西南远志(Polygala crotalarioides Buch.Ham.)乙醇提取液中分离得到5个糖脂类化合物,通过光谱学方法鉴定,确定为:Fallaxose C (1)、Fallaxose D (2)、Senegose H (3)、β-D -(3-O -sinapoyl)-fructofuranosyl -α-D -(6-O -sinapoyl)- glucopyranoside (4)、Tenuifoliside C (5)。结论:这五个化合物均为在西南远志中首次分离得到。

목적:연구서남원지적화학성분。방법:채용 HPD100대공수지、규효주층석、Rp -18반상주층석방법분리순화。결과:종서남원지(Polygala crotalarioides Buch.Ham.)을순제취액중분리득도5개당지류화합물,통과광보학방법감정,학정위:Fallaxose C (1)、Fallaxose D (2)、Senegose H (3)、β-D -(3-O -sinapoyl)-fructofuranosyl -α-D -(6-O -sinapoyl)- glucopyranoside (4)、Tenuifoliside C (5)。결론:저오개화합물균위재서남원지중수차분리득도。
Objective To study the chemical constituents.Methods Five oligosaccharide polyesters compounds were isolated by HPD100 macroporous resin,silica gel and Rp -18 from the EtOH extraction of Polygala crotalarioides.Results According to the spectral parameters,five oligosaccharide polyesters compounds were identified as Fallaxose C (1),Fallaxose D (2),Senegose H (3),β-D - (3 -O -sinapoyl) -fructofuranosyl -α-D - (6 -O -sinapoyl) -glucopyranoside (4),Tenuifoliside C (5). Conclusion It were isolated from the plant for the first time.
