目的：探讨某校大学生水痘的临床特征与流行规律。方法收集2011年1月～2014年12月，某大学住院水痘患者59例，根据描述性流行病学方法调查和分析患者的临床资料与流行病学特征。结果59例水痘患者均为轻度，发病率呈逐年上升趋势，发病时间集中于春秋季节，发病人群集中于本科大一新生或大二入学初期，男女比例为1.56∶1；均具有皮疹症状，67.80%发热；经隔离对症治疗后均获得治愈。结论大学生水痘病例多发生于春冬季节，以开学初期最为常见，积极采取疫苗接种等防范措施是减少水痘发生和流行的重要措施。

목적：탐토모교대학생수두적림상특정여류행규률。방법수집2011년1월～2014년12월，모대학주원수두환자59례，근거묘술성류행병학방법조사화분석환자적림상자료여류행병학특정。결과59례수두환자균위경도，발병솔정축년상승추세，발병시간집중우춘추계절，발병인군집중우본과대일신생혹대이입학초기，남녀비례위1.56∶1；균구유피진증상，67.80%발열；경격리대증치료후균획득치유。결론대학생수두병례다발생우춘동계절，이개학초기최위상견，적겁채취역묘접충등방범조시시감소수두발생화류행적중요조시。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and popular rule of varicella in college students. Methods 59 cases of college students with varicella in a university between January 2011 and December 2014 were collected,the clinical data and epidemiological characteristics were investigated and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results 59 cases with varicella mild were condition,the incidence showed an increasing trend,the time of onset concentrated in spring and autumn,the incidence population concentrated in the early college freshman or sophomore admission;male and female ratio was 1.56∶1;all patients were with rash symptoms,67.80%patients were with heat;all patients were cured after isolation symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Varicella in college students occurred in spring and winter;it is common in early school,actively preventive measures such as vaccination is an important measure to reduce the incidence and prevalence of varicella.
