目的：探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像（CTA）在脑动静脉畸形（AVM）术后评价的应用价值。方法：39例脑AVM患者，术前均完善CTA检查，术后1周行CTA随访，术后1个月行DSA随访，由放射科医师与神经外科医师对术后CTA进行共同阅片，并与术前CTA及术后DSA进行对比分析。结果：CTA显示39例脑AVM均为单发，均行开颅切除，4例使用了动脉夹辅助；CTA对脑AVM术后残留评价的敏感度和准确度分别为100%、97.4%，DSA对脑AVM术后残留评价的敏感度和准确度均为100%，两者的诊断敏感度和准确度比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：应用CTA与DSA对脑AVM术后评价，CTA更为安全、方便，可作为首选方法。
목적：탐토64배라선CT혈관성상（CTA）재뇌동정맥기형（AVM）술후평개적응용개치。방법：39례뇌AVM환자，술전균완선CTA검사，술후1주행CTA수방，술후1개월행DSA수방，유방사과의사여신경외과의사대술후CTA진행공동열편，병여술전CTA급술후DSA진행대비분석。결과：CTA현시39례뇌AVM균위단발，균행개로절제，4례사용료동맥협보조；CTA대뇌AVM술후잔류평개적민감도화준학도분별위100%、97.4%，DSA대뇌AVM술후잔류평개적민감도화준학도균위100%，량자적진단민감도화준학도비교，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：응용CTA여DSA대뇌AVM술후평개，CTA경위안전、방편，가작위수선방법。
Objective: To study the value of 64-row spiral CT Augiography (CTA) in postoperative of brain AVM. Method:39 patients with brain AVM were completed the CTA examination of preoperative, and they all completed the CTA examination of postoperative review after 1 week, complete the DSA examination of postoperative review after 1 month, and to compare the images together by radiologists and neurosurgeons.Result:39 patients with brain AVM were single, and removal of by craniotomy, 4 cases used the artery clamp in surgery; The postoperative residual of brain AVM that the sensitivity and accuracy of CTA was 100% and 97.4% respectively, and the sensitivity and accuracy of DSA was both 100%. There was no significant difference in the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy (P>0.05). Conclusion: For application of cerebral AVM postoperative evaluation results of CTA and DSA, the CTA is more safe, convenient, can be used as the preferred method.
