目的：探讨透明细胞汗腺瘤的临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析3例透明细胞汗腺瘤患者的临床病理资料，并复习相关文献。结果镜下透明细胞汗腺瘤由2型细胞构成：分泌上皮或腺上皮和透明细胞；免疫组化显示，肿瘤细胞 EMA、CK7、CK14阳性。结论透明细胞汗腺瘤比较少见，其诊断需依靠常规病理及免疫组化检查。
목적：탐토투명세포한선류적림상병리특정。방법회고성분석3례투명세포한선류환자적림상병리자료，병복습상관문헌。결과경하투명세포한선류유2형세포구성：분비상피혹선상피화투명세포；면역조화현시，종류세포 EMA、CK7、CK14양성。결론투명세포한선류비교소견，기진단수의고상규병리급면역조화검사。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of clear cell hidradenoma. Methods The clinicopathological data of 3 patients with clear cell hidradenoma were analyzed,and the related literatures were re-viewed. Results Microscopically,the tumor was composed of two types of cells:glandular epithelium and clear cell. Immunohistochemically,positive reaction of EMA,CK7,CK14 were found in the tumor of all the 3 patients. Conclu-sion Clear cell hidradenoma is a very rare tumor,the diagnosis should be based on the histopathological features and immunohistochemistry stain.
