目的：观察酒石酸美托洛尔治疗高血压患者心悸症状的疗效。方法选择本院2013年8月～2014年8月收治的高血压合并心悸症状患者120例，随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗，研究组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片、酒石酸美托洛尔联合治疗，以4周为1疗程。结果对照组总有效率为58.33%，不良反应发生率为13.33%；研究组总有效率为81.67%，不良反应发生率3.33%，两组治疗有效率与不良反应率对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用酒石酸美托洛尔能够有效的改善高血压患者的心悸症状，改善心脏功能，治疗安全，具有临床推广的价值。
목적：관찰주석산미탁락이치료고혈압환자심계증상적료효。방법선택본원2013년8월～2014년8월수치적고혈압합병심계증상환자120례，수궤분위대조조여연구조。대조조급여분광산좌선안록지평편치료，연구조급여분광산좌선안록지평편、주석산미탁락이연합치료，이4주위1료정。결과대조조총유효솔위58.33%，불량반응발생솔위13.33%；연구조총유효솔위81.67%，불량반응발생솔3.33%，량조치료유효솔여불량반응솔대비，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론응용주석산미탁락이능구유효적개선고혈압환자적심계증상，개선심장공능，치료안전，구유림상추엄적개치。
Objective To palpitation curative effect of clinical observation of treatment of hypertensionin patients with metoprolol tartrate.Methods 120 patients with hypertension in our hospital from 2013 August to 2014 August were palpitations symptoms in patients with combined selection, were randomly divided into control group and study group. were given levamlodipine besylate tablets hydrochloride, levamlodipine besylate tablets hydrochloride combined treatment, for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Results In the control group, the total effective rate was 58.33%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 13.33%; the total effective rate of treatment group of 81.67%, the adverse reaction rate was 3.33%, two and the effective rate of the treatment group and comparison of adverse reaction were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of metoprolol tartaric acid can effectively improve the patients with hypertension heart palpitations symptoms, improve heart function, treatment is safe, has clinicalvalue.
