目的:探讨吸入火箭煤油对小鼠学习记忆及脑组织神经递质的影响。方法选择雄性ICR小鼠32只,随机分为正常对照组、火箭煤油组,每组16只,分别置于防爆式动态吸入染毒柜中染毒,火箭染毒组分别通以火箭煤油(设染浓度为1000 mg/m3),正常对照组通以室外洁净空气,小鼠每天染毒4 h,连续染毒5 d,采用水迷宫测定染毒后小鼠学习记忆能力及Elisa方法检测染毒后脑组织神经递质乙酰胆碱(Ach)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)的含量。结果与正常对照组比较,染毒后第4 d和第5 d火箭煤油组小鼠在水迷宫中的逃避潜伏期显著增长,染毒后第6d火箭煤油组穿越原平台所在区域的平均次数显著减少,火箭煤油组染毒后2 h小鼠脑中Ach、5-HT和DA显著降低。结论吸入火箭煤油可降低小鼠的学习记忆能力,可能与脑组织神经递质含量的变化有关。

목적:탐토흡입화전매유대소서학습기억급뇌조직신경체질적영향。방법선택웅성ICR소서32지,수궤분위정상대조조、화전매유조,매조16지,분별치우방폭식동태흡입염독거중염독,화전염독조분별통이화전매유(설염농도위1000 mg/m3),정상대조조통이실외길정공기,소서매천염독4 h,련속염독5 d,채용수미궁측정염독후소서학습기억능력급Elisa방법검측염독후뇌조직신경체질을선담감(Ach)、5-간색알(5-HT)화다파알(DA)적함량。결과여정상대조조비교,염독후제4 d화제5 d화전매유조소서재수미궁중적도피잠복기현저증장,염독후제6d화전매유조천월원평태소재구역적평균차수현저감소,화전매유조염독후2 h소서뇌중Ach、5-HT화DA현저강저。결론흡입화전매유가강저소서적학습기억능력,가능여뇌조직신경체질함량적변화유관。
Objective To observe the effect of inhaled rocket kerosene on learn memory and content of brain neurotransmitter in mice. Methods 32 ICR male mice were randomly divided into rocket kerosene (RK) group and control group. Mice in RK group inhaled with kerosene in 1 000 mg/m3 while the mice in control group inhaled with fresh air 4 hours per day for 5 days. Learning and memory ability was evaluated with Morris' water maze test and content of brain neurotransmitter were detected with ELISA test. Results Comparing with the control group, the average of escape latency was obviously longer in RK group on day 4 and day 5 after last exposure (P<0.05). The average number of passing original platform area was obviously decreased on the day 6 (P <0.05). The brain neurotransmitter levels (Ach,5-HT and DA) in mice of RK group were less than those of the control group significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that inhaling rocket kerosene may have influence on learn memory and brain neurotransmitter levels.
