目的：研究经导管动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）联合射频消融（RFA）治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法79例原发性肝癌患者分为2组：TACE 联合 RFA 组38例接受 TACE 联合 RFA 治疗，而单纯 TACE 组41例仅接受 TACE 治疗。结果 TACE 联合 RFA 组总有效率高于单纯 TACE 组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。TACE 联合 RFA 组1、2 a 生存率及中位生存期均高于单纯 TACE 组，差异均有统计学意义（P 均<0.05）。结论与单纯 TACE 相比，TACE 联合 RFA 方案能显著提高原发性肝癌的近远期疗效。
목적：연구경도관동맥화료전새（TACE）연합사빈소융（RFA）치료원발성간암적림상료효。방법79례원발성간암환자분위2조：TACE 연합 RFA 조38례접수 TACE 연합 RFA 치료，이단순 TACE 조41례부접수 TACE 치료。결과 TACE 연합 RFA 조총유효솔고우단순 TACE 조，차이유통계학의의（ P <0.05）。TACE 연합 RFA 조1、2 a 생존솔급중위생존기균고우단순 TACE 조，차이균유통계학의의（P 균<0.05）。결론여단순 TACE 상비，TACE 연합 RFA 방안능현저제고원발성간암적근원기료효。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)com-bined with radiofrequency ablation(RFA)in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Seventy-nine patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were divided into two groups,41 patients of the TACE combined with RFA group received the TACE combined with RFA treatment,and 38 patients of the TACE group received the TACE treatment. Results The total response rate of the TACE combined with RFA group was higher than that of the TA-CE group(P < 0. 05). The 1-year survival rate,the 2-year survival rate and the median survival time of the TACE combined with RFA group were higher than those of the TACE group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with TA-CE,TACE combined with RFA can improve the efficacy on patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
