目的：研究氧气吸入治疗自发性气胸的综合护理方法及其效果。方法：选择自发性气胸患者86例，将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各43例。两组患者均行祛痰、止咳、抗生素治疗、面罩供氧治疗。对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上行综合护理，观察两组患者护理效果。结果：观察组总有效率为90.70％，对照组总有效率为81.40％，两组患者总有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组 SAS 评分为（35.12±3.50）分，对照组为（42.20±3.33）分，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：临床应用高流量氧气吸入时采用综合护理治疗自发性气胸，护理效果显著。
목적：연구양기흡입치료자발성기흉적종합호리방법급기효과。방법：선택자발성기흉환자86례，장기분위관찰조여대조조，매조각43례。량조환자균행거담、지해、항생소치료、면조공양치료。대조조행상규호리，관찰조재대조조상규호리적기출상행종합호리，관찰량조환자호리효과。결과：관찰조총유효솔위90.70％，대조조총유효솔위81.40％，량조환자총유효솔비교，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；관찰조 SAS 평분위（35.12±3.50）분，대조조위（42.20±3.33）분，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：림상응용고류량양기흡입시채용종합호리치료자발성기흉，호리효과현저。
Objective To study the oxygen inhalation in clinical application and nursing method of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 86 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 43 cases in each group.Two groups of patients for expectorant,cough symptomatic treatment and antibiotic treatment,two patients were given oxygen mask treatment.The control group received routine nursing care,the test group in the comprehensive care on the basis of control group,observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups Results In the test group,the total effective rate was 90.70%,the compar-ison group total effectiveness 81.40%,two groups of patients with total effective rate,differences are statistically significant (P <0.05);In the test group,the SAS score was (35.12 ±3.50)points,the comparison group was (42.20 ±3.33)points,differences are statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of high flow oxygen inhalation and comprehensive nursing care in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax,obvious curative effect,it is worth for clinical application.
