目的:探讨吉西他滨联合奈达铂化疗同步三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法47例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者均接受吉西他滨联合奈达铂化疗同步三维适形放疗治疗,并观察该方案的近期疗效和毒副反应。结果入组47例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者均顺利完成治疗计划,肺原发灶、纵隔转移淋巴结治疗的总有效率分别为76.60%(36/47)和85.00%(34/40)。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎等,大多为轻度,未见影响治疗进行的严重毒副反应出现。结论吉西他滨联合奈达铂化疗同步三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效显著,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。
目的:探討吉西他濱聯閤奈達鉑化療同步三維適形放療治療跼部晚期非小細胞肺癌的近期療效和毒副反應。方法47例跼部晚期非小細胞肺癌患者均接受吉西他濱聯閤奈達鉑化療同步三維適形放療治療,併觀察該方案的近期療效和毒副反應。結果入組47例跼部晚期非小細胞肺癌患者均順利完成治療計劃,肺原髮竈、縱隔轉移淋巴結治療的總有效率分彆為76.60%(36/47)和85.00%(34/40)。主要毒副反應為骨髓抑製、胃腸道反應、放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎等,大多為輕度,未見影響治療進行的嚴重毒副反應齣現。結論吉西他濱聯閤奈達鉑化療同步三維適形放療治療跼部晚期非小細胞肺癌的近期療效顯著,且安全性良好,值得臨床推廣應用。

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy and toxicities of gemcitabine plus nedaplatin chemo-therapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods All the 47 patients with locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer received the gemcit-abine plus nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and the short-term ef-ficacy and toxicities were evaluated. Results The response rate in the primary lung tumor was 76. 60%(36 / 47), and that in the metastatic mediastinal lymph node was 85. 00%(34 / 40). The main toxicities were marrow depres-sion,gastrointestinal reaction,radiation pneumonitis and radiation esophagitis,most of them were lower grade,and no serious toxicities were observed. Conclusion Gemcitabine plus nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with three di-mensional conformal radiotherapy has the favourable short-term efficacy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer,and the safety is good.
