目的：探讨咳喘三伏贴治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选取我院儿科门诊在2012年1月-2014年1月收治的80例支气管哮喘患儿，随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组单独给予西药治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加用咳喘三伏贴辅助治疗，并比较两组的疗效。结果：研究组的总有效率达92.5%，明显大于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后的咳嗽、喘憋和肺部哮鸣音消失时间均明显小于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后的IL-4明显下降（P<0.05），IFN-γ明显提高（P<0.05），而对照组治疗前后两项指标无明显变化（P>0.05）。结论：咳喘三伏贴在小儿哮喘治疗中的疗效显著，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토해천삼복첩치료소인효천적림상료효。방법：선취아원인과문진재2012년1월-2014년1월수치적80례지기관효천환인，수궤분위연구조화대조조，대조조단독급여서약치료，연구조재대조조적기출상가용해천삼복첩보조치료，병비교량조적료효。결과：연구조적총유효솔체92.5%，명현대우대조조（P<0.05）；연구조치료후적해수、천별화폐부효명음소실시간균명현소우대조조（P<0.05）；연구조치료후적IL-4명현하강（P<0.05），IFN-γ명현제고（P<0.05），이대조조치료전후량항지표무명현변화（P>0.05）。결론：해천삼복첩재소인효천치료중적료효현저，치득추엄응용。
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the Kechuan Sanfu sticker on asthma in children. Methods: From January 2012 to January 2014, 80 cases of bronchial asthma were divided into the study group and the control group. The control group took western medicine, and the other group took the Kechuan Sanfu sticker more, while comparing the efficacy in two groups. Results: The total efficiency in the study group was 92.5%, obviously better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, cough, wheezing and lung wheeze disappearing time in the study group were significantly less than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment in the study group, IL-4 was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and IFN-γ was obviously improved (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, the control group showed no significant change (P>0.05). Conclusion: Treating asthma in children with the Kechuan Sanfu sticker could gain good efficacy, and be worthy of promotion.
