目的：总结免操作钳辅助单孔法微型腹腔镜内环口结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的操作技巧，探讨该术式的适应征。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年6月，广东省佛山市第一人民医院行免操作钳辅助单孔法微型腹腔镜内环口结扎术173例患儿临床资料，与2009年6月至2011年12月行操作钳辅助下双孔法微型腹腔镜内环口结扎术188例患儿临床资料进行对比分析。结果单孔法组男性患儿有35例中转双孔法手术，女性患儿无中转双孔法手术，中转手术患儿与单孔法组总体的年龄分布存在显著差异（ P＜0．001）。二手术组男性单、双侧及女性单、双侧各亚组的平均手术时间相比较，差异无统计学意义。结论免操作钳辅助单孔法微型腹腔镜内环口结扎术是治疗小儿腹股沟疝更微创的手术方式，掌握好操作技巧和适应证可以提高手术成功率。

Objective Sum up the surgical techniques and indications of single-port mini-laparoscopic ligation of internal ring without grasping forceps assisted in pediatric patients .Methods Review 173 cases receiving single-port mini-laparoscopic ligation ( single-port group ) between Janury 2012 and June 2014 , and 188 cases undergoing double-port mini-laparoscopic ligation ( double-port group ) between June 2009 and December 2014 , and compare the clinical data of two groups .Results 35 male cases of single-port group had to convert to double-port mini-laparoscopic ligation , but none of female case .The age distribution between conversion cases and overall single-port group was significantly different (P<0.001). In terms of operation time , the results shown no statistically difference between the two groups , even in the subgroups ( i.e.male/female and unilateral/bilateral ) .Conclusion Single-port mini-laparoscopic ligation of internal ring without grasping forceps assisted in pediatric patients is more feasible and less invasive . Improvement in the outcomes of the operation can be achieved by enhancing operation skills and right selection of indication for surgery .It is worthy to be popularized in clinic .
