目的：观察丁苯肽联合通心络治疗急性期脑梗死对患者神经功能及脑血管储备能力的影响。方法收集该院2010年4月-2013年9月诊治的急性期脑梗死患者120例，随机分为试验组与对照组各60例。2组均应用抗血小板和改善脑血液循环药物等常规治疗。在此基础上，对照组单纯采用通心络胶囊治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上加用丁苯肽软胶囊治疗。比较2组患者的神经功能及脑血管储备能力。结果治疗后2组患者NIHss评分均低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组；治疗后2组患者脑血管储备功能均优于治疗前，且试验组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论丁苯肽联合通心络治疗急性期脑梗死效果较好，可显著改善患者神经功能及脑血管储备能力，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the influences of butylphthalide combined with tongxinluo in treatment of acute cer-ebral infarction on nerve function and cerebrovascular reserve capacity. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction, selected in the hospital from April 2010 to september 2013,were randomly divided into test group and control group,each of 60 cases. Two groups were given wirh antiplatelet and improve cerebral blood circulation drugs and other conventional therapy. On this basis,control group only used tongxinluo capsule,test group were given with butylphthalide soft capsuleson the basis of control group. Compared the nerve function and cerebrovascular reserve capacity of two groups. Results After treatment the NIHss scores of two groups were lower than before treatment,and test group were lower than control group;After treatment the cerebrovascular reserve of two groups were better than before treatment,and test group were better than control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with tongxinluo in treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a better effect,can significantly improve neurological function and patients with cerebrovascular reserve capacity,worthy of clinical application.
