目的：观察手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗创伤性下尺桡关节损伤的疗效。方法：将70例创伤性下尺桡关节损伤病人随机分为3组；手法整复后I组（n＝30）采用旋后位小夹板固定结合外敷中药治疗，II组（n＝20）采用旋后位小夹板固定治疗，III组（n＝20）采用外敷中药配合康复治疗。6个月后进行疗效评价。结果：I组疗效优于 II组和 III组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗创伤性下尺桡关节损伤疗效确切。
목적：관찰수법복위소협판고정결합외부하씨골상과중약치료창상성하척뇨관절손상적료효。방법：장70례창상성하척뇨관절손상병인수궤분위3조；수법정복후I조（n＝30）채용선후위소협판고정결합외부중약치료，II조（n＝20）채용선후위소협판고정치료，III조（n＝20）채용외부중약배합강복치료。6개월후진행료효평개。결과：I조료효우우 II조화 III조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：수법복위소협판고정결합외부하씨골상과중약치료창상성하척뇨관절손상료효학절。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of manipulative reduction splinting method plus He’s orthopedic medicine on traumatic injury of DRUJ. Methods: 70 cases of traumatic injury of DRUJ were randomly divided into three groups. After manipulation, group I (n=30) was given splinting method plus TCM medicine; group II (n=20) was given splinting; group III (n=20) was given TCM medicine; the rehabilitation was combing. After 6 months, the efficiency was evaluated. Results: The efficacy in group I was better than that in the group II and group III; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: There was an exactly effect of manipulative reduction splinting method plus He’s orthopedic medicine on traumatic injury of DRUJ.
