通过对国内外若干一流高校的办学理念、教育教学管理体制的归纳与分析，总结其各自特点，梳理出他们的共同特性，从而供中医药高等院校发展借鉴之用。并探索性地开展中医药高等院校自身的“院校研究”，分别从办学理念问题，行政管理体制改革，教学、科研管理体制改革，教学理念、模式、方法、手段的改革，以及服务社会职能的发挥5个方面提出建议，以解决中医药高等院校深化教育综合改革面临的问题。
通過對國內外若榦一流高校的辦學理唸、教育教學管理體製的歸納與分析，總結其各自特點，梳理齣他們的共同特性，從而供中醫藥高等院校髮展藉鑒之用。併探索性地開展中醫藥高等院校自身的“院校研究”，分彆從辦學理唸問題，行政管理體製改革，教學、科研管理體製改革，教學理唸、模式、方法、手段的改革，以及服務社會職能的髮揮5箇方麵提齣建議，以解決中醫藥高等院校深化教育綜閤改革麵臨的問題。
통과대국내외약간일류고교적판학이념、교육교학관리체제적귀납여분석，총결기각자특점，소리출타문적공동특성，종이공중의약고등원교발전차감지용。병탐색성지개전중의약고등원교자신적“원교연구”，분별종판학이념문제，행정관리체제개혁，교학、과연관리체제개혁，교학이념、모식、방법、수단적개혁，이급복무사회직능적발휘5개방면제출건의，이해결중의약고등원교심화교육종합개혁면림적문제。
