本研究对基于柯布———道格拉斯生产模型进行拓展建立计量模型，分析我国高等中医药院校成人教育对中医医院收入的贡献分析，运用省际面板数据，选取中医医院的收入、政府办中医医院的投入、中医类别卫生技术人员的数量及高等中医药院校成教学生的在校率指标对区域中医医院产出增长的贡献，并比较区域间差异。
