目的：探讨中西药联合应用处方中的常见问题以及解决方向。方法通过调查本院2014年1月－12月中西药联合应用处方5440张，对本院中西药物联合应用情况进行统计处理，分析处方中常见的问题，并探讨相应的问题解决的方向。结果调查的5440张处方中，不合理处方有432张，占7．94％；经分析发现，其常见的问题有：中西药联用不合理；临床上中药与西药配伍不合理；中药某成分与西药发生相互作用；与中成药发生相互作用的西药。结论在中成药与西药合用时，要熟悉中成药的成分，掌握中西药间的理化性质及配伍规律，发挥中西药联用的优势，避免不合理用药；同时，要加强医生和药师对中西药相互作用的认识，重视中西药相互作用的研究工作，从而提高综合性中医院临床药学工作的水平。
목적：탐토중서약연합응용처방중적상견문제이급해결방향。방법통과조사본원2014년1월－12월중서약연합응용처방5440장，대본원중서약물연합응용정황진행통계처리，분석처방중상견적문제，병탐토상응적문제해결적방향。결과조사적5440장처방중，불합리처방유432장，점7．94％；경분석발현，기상견적문제유：중서약련용불합리；림상상중약여서약배오불합리；중약모성분여서약발생상호작용；여중성약발생상호작용적서약。결론재중성약여서약합용시，요숙실중성약적성분，장악중서약간적이화성질급배오규률，발휘중서약련용적우세，피면불합리용약；동시，요가강의생화약사대중서약상호작용적인식，중시중서약상호작용적연구공작，종이제고종합성중의원림상약학공작적수평。
Abstracts:Objective To find the problem of the prescription of the western combined TCM and how to solve common problems.Meth-ods 5440prescriptionmedicinecombinationofChineseandWesternmedicinecombinedwithhospitalconductedthestatisticalanalysisby <br> investigatingthehospital,observingprescriptioncommonproblemsandtoexploreappropriateproblem-solvingorientation.Results 5440 prescriptions surveyed, there are 432, accounting for 7.94%;The analysis found that the common problems are:western medicine combined with unreasonable;clinical medicine and western medicine on compatibility unreasonable;a component of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine occurred interaction;and western medicine interactions occur.Conclusions When combined with western medicine, Chi-nese medicine ingredients to be familiar with and master the law of physicochemical properties and compatibility between Chinese and Western medicine, western medicine combined with play to the advantage of avoiding irrational drug use;at the same time, doctors and pharmacists to strengthen each other on the western understanding of the role and importance of the interaction studies medicine, Chinese medicine hospital in order to improve the level of comprehensive clinical pharmacy work.
