目的：观察气滞胃痛颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法70例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组，对照组给予莫沙必利口服，治疗组给予气滞胃痛颗粒和莫沙必利口服，3周后观察患者症状改善、胃肠动力变化及有效率等指标，之后随访1个月，观察患者的症状复发情况。结果治疗组在症状改善、胃肠动力的好转和总有效率上均优于对照组（均P＜0．05）；且治疗组复发率明显低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论气滞胃痛颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良，临床效果良好，后期复发率低。
목적：관찰기체위통과립연합막사필리치료공능성소화불량적림상료효。방법70례공능성소화불량환자수궤분위량조，대조조급여막사필리구복，치료조급여기체위통과립화막사필리구복，3주후관찰환자증상개선、위장동력변화급유효솔등지표，지후수방1개월，관찰환자적증상복발정황。결과치료조재증상개선、위장동력적호전화총유효솔상균우우대조조（균P＜0．05）；차치료조복발솔명현저우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론기체위통과립연합막사필리치료공능성소화불량，림상효과량호，후기복발솔저。
s:Objective To observe the effect of Qizhiweitong particles combined with Mosapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 70casesoffunctionaldyspepsiawererandomlydividedintotwogroups.ThecontrolgroupreceivedMosaprideandthetreatment group was treated with Qizhiweitong particles and Mosapride, after treating for three weeks, the symptoms of patients, gastric intestinal motili-ty and efficient changeswere observed, after one-month follow-up, recurrence of symptoms was observed.Results The treatment group were better than the control group in the improvement of symptoms, the improvement of gastrointestinal motility and the total effective rate( P<0.05);and the recurrence rate in treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Qizhiweitong particles com-bined with mosapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia has good clinical effect and low recurrence rate.
