目的:观察补肾通督胶囊对肾虚寒凝型类风湿性关节炎( RA)患者血清抑癌蛋白人Dickkopf相关蛋白1(DKK1)及钙磷代谢的影响。方法入选类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服补肾通督胶囊,对照组口服雷公藤多甙片,疗程均为12周。观察用药前后血清DKK1、血清钙( Ca)、血清磷( P)、尿Ca及尿P的变化。结果补肾通督胶囊可以使肾虚寒凝型RA患者血清DKK1、尿Ca、尿P显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),血清Ca显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组在调节血清DKK1方面优于对照组(P<0.05),其余指标两组间没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论补肾通督胶囊对于肾虚寒凝型类风湿性关节炎患者血清DKK1及钙磷代谢有良好的调节作用。

목적:관찰보신통독효낭대신허한응형류풍습성관절염( RA)환자혈청억암단백인Dickkopf상관단백1(DKK1)급개린대사적영향。방법입선류풍습성관절염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,치료조구복보신통독효낭,대조조구복뢰공등다대편,료정균위12주。관찰용약전후혈청DKK1、혈청개( Ca)、혈청린( P)、뇨Ca급뇨P적변화。결과보신통독효낭가이사신허한응형RA환자혈청DKK1、뇨Ca、뇨P현저강저(P<0.01혹P<0.05),혈청Ca현저승고(P<0.05);치료조재조절혈청DKK1방면우우대조조(P<0.05),기여지표량조간몰유명현차이(P>0.05)。결론보신통독효낭대우신허한응형류풍습성관절염환자혈청DKK1급개린대사유량호적조절작용。
s:Objective To investigate the effect of Bushentongdu capsule on Dickkopf-1(DKK1) and calcium-phosphorus metabolism of patients with rheumatoid arthritis( RA) .Methods RA patients were divided randomly into treatment group that was treated with Bushent-ongdu capsule and control group that was treated with Tripterygium glycosides tablet.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The improvement of symptoms and laboratory index in two groups were observed and after the treatment.Results Ater treatments, serum DKK1 and calciumi-on,calciumion and phosphoniumion in urine improved significantly in treatment group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with control group, serum DKK1 changed more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushentongdu capsule can regulate RA patients`DKK1 and calcium-phosphorus metabolism.
