清肺利咽方是李家庚教授治疗咽喉疾病的验方，每获良效。该方由甘桔汤加味而来，甘桔汤出自张仲景《伤寒论》，原为治少阴咽痛之经方。通过整理李家庚教授运用清肺利咽方治疗咽喉疾病的验案，灵活运用此方治疗咽痛、吞咽不爽、喑哑等咽喉不适症状，体现了“异病同治”的原则，并为临床诊治咽喉疾病提供一定的思路和参考价值。
