目的：对沈阳军区总医院医保系统进行优化，解决目前出现的性能瓶颈。方法：从性能优化实际出发，分析Oracle数据库的数据更新过程与重做日志机制，通过调整日志文件的方式提高医保系统的性能。结果：系统响应时间明显缩短，性能得到显著提升。结论：实践证明，能够提升系统的稳定性以及事务处理能力，调整方案切实有效。
목적：대침양군구총의원의보계통진행우화，해결목전출현적성능병경。방법：종성능우화실제출발，분석Oracle수거고적수거경신과정여중주일지궤제，통과조정일지문건적방식제고의보계통적성능。결과：계통향응시간명현축단，성능득도현저제승。결론：실천증명，능구제승계통적은정성이급사무처리능력，조정방안절실유효。
Objective:To optimize the medical insurance management system in order to solve the performance bottleneck. Methods:Based on the exercise of performance optimization of medical insurance management system, we analyzed the data update process and the redo log mechanism of Oracle database, and then improved the performance of the system by the method of tuning redo log. Results:The system response time is shortened obviously and the performance is improved significantly. Conclusion:It has been found that our readjustment plan was feasible and effective.
