目的：观察中西医结合口腔健康教育治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法180例成人慢性牙周炎患者随机分为3组。中药对照组给予西医加中药治疗；西医对照组给予西医常规治疗；中西医结合治疗组给予西医常规治疗＋中药制剂＋口腔健康教育。观察3组疗效。结果治疗后，中西医结合治疗组的总有效率、牙菌斑指数和牙龈指数均低于西医对照组和中药对照组（均P＜0．05）。结论中西医治疗及健康教育在治疗慢性牙周炎过程中有重要的作用。
목적：관찰중서의결합구강건강교육치료만성아주염적료효。방법180례성인만성아주염환자수궤분위3조。중약대조조급여서의가중약치료；서의대조조급여서의상규치료；중서의결합치료조급여서의상규치료＋중약제제＋구강건강교육。관찰3조료효。결과치료후，중서의결합치료조적총유효솔、아균반지수화아간지수균저우서의대조조화중약대조조（균P＜0．05）。결론중서의치료급건강교육재치료만성아주염과정중유중요적작용。
s:Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated Chinese-western medicine combined with health education on chron-icperiodontitis.Methods 180casesofadultpatientswithchronicperiodontitiswererandomlydividedinto3groups.TheChinesemedicine control group was treated with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine;the western medicine control group received conventional treatment;integrated Chinese-western treatment group was treated with integrated Chinese-western medicine combined with health educa-tion.Observe 3 groups of curative effect.Results After treatment, combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the total efficiency, the plaque index and gingival index of integrated Chinese-western treatment group were lower than that of Chinese medicine control group and the western medicine control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese-western medicine combined with health education has an important role in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
