目的：腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病，目前该病在诊疗中存在很多难点与争议。 MRI技术在该病中有独特的诊断优势，本研究通过MRI检测技术的系统学习，开展大量的文献整理研究，就该技术在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用概况开展分析，更好地发挥MRI在传统中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究中的应用价值，提高中医手法治病机理研究及临床疗效的论证，对中医手法研究起到推动作用。
목적：요추간반돌출증시림상상견병，목전해병재진료중존재흔다난점여쟁의。 MRI기술재해병중유독특적진단우세，본연구통과MRI검측기술적계통학습，개전대량적문헌정리연구，취해기술재요추간반돌출증중적응용개황개전분석，경호지발휘MRI재전통중의수법치료요추간반돌출증연구중적응용개치，제고중의수법치병궤리연구급림상료효적론증，대중의수법연구기도추동작용。
s:Objective Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease, there are many difficulties in the current dispute in diagnosis and treatment.MRI have the unique advantages in diagnosis,this research carry out a large amount of literature review study to systematicly study MRI, analysis the application profiles in LDH, play the value of MRI in traditional manipulation study of LDH, improve the mechanism study and demonstrat the clinical efficacy, promote the study of traditional manipulation.
