目的：为了对上报的医疗科技研究项目进行公开、公平、公正的评估。方法：通过建立项目评审指标模型，利用层次分析法对评审项目进行综合考评，同时运用动态专家权重法对专家的权重进行合理分配。结果：合理选择专家通过评审系统对项目进行评定，评审结果能反映评审项目的真实水平。结论：系统运用合理的决策算法，有效综合各指标因素，让评审结果更具有真实性、客观性及可靠性。
目的：為瞭對上報的醫療科技研究項目進行公開、公平、公正的評估。方法：通過建立項目評審指標模型，利用層次分析法對評審項目進行綜閤攷評，同時運用動態專傢權重法對專傢的權重進行閤理分配。結果：閤理選擇專傢通過評審繫統對項目進行評定，評審結果能反映評審項目的真實水平。結論：繫統運用閤理的決策算法，有效綜閤各指標因素，讓評審結果更具有真實性、客觀性及可靠性。
목적：위료대상보적의료과기연구항목진행공개、공평、공정적평고。방법：통과건립항목평심지표모형，이용층차분석법대평심항목진행종합고평，동시운용동태전가권중법대전가적권중진행합리분배。결과：합리선택전가통과평심계통대항목진행평정，평심결과능반영평심항목적진실수평。결론：계통운용합리적결책산법，유효종합각지표인소，양평심결과경구유진실성、객관성급가고성。
Objective: To assess the reporting medical science and technology research project for the open, fair and impartial. Method:Through the establishment of project evaluation index model, using the analytic hierarchy process comprehensive evaluation of the project, at the same time, the weight of experts reasonably using dynamic weights of experts. Results: The reasonable choice of experts through the assessment system was used to evaluate the project; the evaluation results can reflect the level of the project. Conclusion: The decision algorithm using reasonable system, effective factors, make the evaluation results more authenticity, objectivity and reliability.
