目的：观察在西医常规治疗基础上加服养心汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法76例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组。对照组给予抗凝药物、降血脂药物、扩张血管药物等进行常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服养心汤，14 d后观察疗效。结果治疗组的临床总有效率与中医症状改善的总有效率均高于对照组（ P＜0．05）；两组血清中炎症因子水平均有不同程度的改善，且治疗组较对照组的改善更为显著（P＜0．05）。结论养心汤对不稳定型心绞痛有良好的治疗效果，能调节血清中炎症因子的水平，抑制斑块局部炎症反应。
목적：관찰재서의상규치료기출상가복양심탕치료불은정형심교통적림상료효。방법76례불은정형심교통환자수궤분위량조。대조조급여항응약물、강혈지약물、확장혈관약물등진행상규치료，치료조재대조조치료기출상가복양심탕，14 d후관찰료효。결과치료조적림상총유효솔여중의증상개선적총유효솔균고우대조조（ P＜0．05）；량조혈청중염증인자수평균유불동정도적개선，차치료조교대조조적개선경위현저（P＜0．05）。결론양심탕대불은정형심교통유량호적치료효과，능조절혈청중염증인자적수평，억제반괴국부염증반응。
s:Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine in treating unstable an-ginapectoris.Methods 76casesofunstableanginapectoriswererandomlydividedintotwogroups,thecontrolgroupreceivedanticoagulant drugs, lipid-lowering drugs and vasodilators, the treatment group received Yangxin decoction based on the control group, after treating for 14 days, observe the effect.Results The efficiency and total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptom in treatment group were higher than the control group, the difference had statistically significant ( P<0.05); serum level of inflammatory factors had greatly improved,and the treatment group improved more obviously than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Decoction has good effect in treating unstable angina pectoris, it can adjust the levels of inflammatory markers, inhibit plaque local inflammatory response.
