目的：探讨加味百合地黄汤在治疗放射性肺炎时的作用。方法：将120例放射性肺炎患者随机分成两组，对照组接受抗生素与地塞米松治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用加味百合地黄汤（加味百合地黄汤组方如下：百合7.5g，生地黄7.5g，乌梅4.5g，甘草3g，桔梗4.5g，薄荷3g，肉桂3g，天竺黄4.5g，随证加减）。结果：观察组在疗效与生活质量的改善方面均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论：加味百合地黄汤可有效治疗放射性肺炎，提高患者的生存质量。
목적：탐토가미백합지황탕재치료방사성폐염시적작용。방법：장120례방사성폐염환자수궤분성량조，대조조접수항생소여지새미송치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상가용가미백합지황탕（가미백합지황탕조방여하：백합7.5g，생지황7.5g，오매4.5g，감초3g，길경4.5g，박하3g，육계3g，천축황4.5g，수증가감）。결과：관찰조재료효여생활질량적개선방면균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의。결론：가미백합지황탕가유효치료방사성폐염，제고환자적생존질량。
Objective: To explore clinical effects of the Baihe Dihuang decoction on radiation pneumonitis (RP). Methods: 120 patients were randomly allocated to 2 groups; the control group were given antibiotics and dexamethasone, and the observed group were given antibiotics, dexamethasone and Baihe Dihuang decoction. Results: The effects and level of life quality improvement in observed group were higher than control group, and there was statistically singnificant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The Baihe Dihuang decoction can treat RP effectively and improve the life quality of the patients.
