目的：探讨加味温胆汤抗抑郁效应的时序变化情况。方法：以孤养结合慢性不可预见性应激抑郁模型大鼠为研究对象，在实验第7d、14d、21d、28d，检测各组大鼠体质量增长数（ΔW），糖水消耗量，行为学指标。结果：①体质量增长数变化：21d，28d时，与空白组比较，模型组降低（P<0.01）；与模型组比较，中、西药组升高（P<0.05或P<0.01）。②糖水消耗量变化：21d，28d时，与空白组比较，模型组减少（P<0.01）；与模型组比较，中、西药组增多（P<0.05或P<0.01）。③Open-field 行为学变化：21d，28d 时，与空白组比较，模型组大鼠的水平运动得分及垂直运动得分明显减少（P<0.01）；与模型组比较，中、西药组大鼠的水平运动得分及垂直运动得分明显增加（P<0.05）。结论：加味温胆汤具有较好的抗抑郁疗效，其效应变化规律为21d显效，随着干预时间的延长，28d时效应进一步增强。
목적：탐토가미온담탕항억욱효응적시서변화정황。방법：이고양결합만성불가예견성응격억욱모형대서위연구대상，재실험제7d、14d、21d、28d，검측각조대서체질량증장수（ΔW），당수소모량，행위학지표。결과：①체질량증장수변화：21d，28d시，여공백조비교，모형조강저（P<0.01）；여모형조비교，중、서약조승고（P<0.05혹P<0.01）。②당수소모량변화：21d，28d시，여공백조비교，모형조감소（P<0.01）；여모형조비교，중、서약조증다（P<0.05혹P<0.01）。③Open-field 행위학변화：21d，28d 시，여공백조비교，모형조대서적수평운동득분급수직운동득분명현감소（P<0.01）；여모형조비교，중、서약조대서적수평운동득분급수직운동득분명현증가（P<0.05）。결론：가미온담탕구유교호적항억욱료효，기효응변화규률위21d현효，수착간예시간적연장，28d시효응진일보증강。
Objective: To evaluate the antidepressant effects of the Wendan decoction with timing changes. Methods: Depression rats as subjects in the experimental section 7d, 14d, 21d, 28d, increase the number of body mass detection rats (ΔW), sugar consumption behavior indexes. Results:①Increased body mass number changes: In 21d, 28d, compared with the control group, the model group went down (P<0.01); compared with the model group, western medicine group increased (P<0.05 orP<0.01).② Sucrose consumption changes: In 21d, 28d, compared with the control group, untreated group went down (P<0.01); compared with the model group, western medicine group increased (P<0.05 orP<0.01).③Open-field behavior changes: In 21d, 28d, compared with the control group, the model group level sports scores and vertical movement score were significantly reduced (P<0.01); compared with the model group, the level of medicine rats sports scores and vertical movement score were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Wendan decoction has a good antidepressant effect: 21d markedly; with the extension of the intervention period, the effect is further enhanced on 28d.
