为研究四种不同反刍动物饲料添加剂对瘤胃体外发酵的影响,本试验采用体外产气法和批次培养法分析不同添加水平的(0、1、2、4 g/kg干物质)枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,BS)、活性酵母粉(Procreatin,PRO)、瘤胃发酵增强剂(FIB)和米曲霉(Aspergillusoryzae,AO)对体外发酵产气量及瘤胃发酵的影响。结果表明:(1)随着枯草芽孢杆菌添加剂量的增加,体外72 h累积产气量(GP72)、理论最大产气量(A)和产气曲线平滑度(B)有线性降低的趋势(0.05<P<0.1);随着活性酵母粉添加剂量的增加,理论最大产气量呈二次方显著增加(P<0.05);随着瘤胃发酵增强剂和米曲霉添加剂量的增加,其体外72 h累积产气量和理论最大产气量均呈线性增加(P<0.05)。(2)四种饲料添加剂均能显著提高饲料体外干物质降解率(P<0.05)。(3)随着枯草芽孢杆菌添加剂量的增加,戊酸浓度呈线性降低(P<0.05),活性酵母粉和米曲霉并未显著影响挥发性脂肪酸各组分的浓度,随着瘤胃发酵增强剂添加剂量的增加,丙酸、异丁酸、异戊酸和戊酸浓度与瘤胃发酵增强剂的添加量呈二次方关系(0.05<P<0.1)。本试验结果表明:在不对瘤胃发酵产生负面影响的情况下,添加四种反刍动物饲料添加剂均能提高饲料36 h体外发酵营养物质降解率。

위연구사충불동반추동물사료첨가제대류위체외발효적영향,본시험채용체외산기법화비차배양법분석불동첨가수평적(0、1、2、4 g/kg간물질)고초아포간균(Bacillus subtilis,BS)、활성효모분(Procreatin,PRO)、류위발효증강제(FIB)화미곡매(Aspergillusoryzae,AO)대체외발효산기량급류위발효적영향。결과표명:(1)수착고초아포간균첨가제량적증가,체외72 h루적산기량(GP72)、이론최대산기량(A)화산기곡선평활도(B)유선성강저적추세(0.05<P<0.1);수착활성효모분첨가제량적증가,이론최대산기량정이차방현저증가(P<0.05);수착류위발효증강제화미곡매첨가제량적증가,기체외72 h루적산기량화이론최대산기량균정선성증가(P<0.05)。(2)사충사료첨가제균능현저제고사료체외간물질강해솔(P<0.05)。(3)수착고초아포간균첨가제량적증가,무산농도정선성강저(P<0.05),활성효모분화미곡매병미현저영향휘발성지방산각조분적농도,수착류위발효증강제첨가제량적증가,병산、이정산、이무산화무산농도여류위발효증강제적첨가량정이차방관계(0.05<P<0.1)。본시험결과표명:재불대류위발효산생부면영향적정황하,첨가사충반추동물사료첨가제균능제고사료36 h체외발효영양물질강해솔。
This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of four ruminant feed additives,Bacillus subtilis (BS),Procreatin(PRO,major ingredient was high-enriched live yeast),Aspergillusoryzaeculture(AO ) and Fibrase(FIB) (major ingredient was Aspergillusoryzae culture,Aspergillusniger culture and lactic acid yeast) on gas production (GP), diet digestibility, rumen fermentation of different doses of 0 (control),1,2,4 g/kg diet (DM basis) by in vitro gas produc-tion technology and in vitro batch fermentation methods.The result showed as follows:(1)Regarding to BS treatment,the GP72,A tended to linearly decrease with the increase of adding levels (0.05<P<0.1).For PRO,the parameter A quadrati-cally increased (P < 0.05).The addition of AO and FIB linearly increased the GP72 and A (P < 0.05).(2)Compared with the control,the IVDMD were significantly increased in all additives treatments(P<0.05).(3)The concentration of valerate tended to linearly decrease with the increase of BS adding levels,PRO and AO didn't affected the concentration of volatile fatty acids.Propionic,isobutyric acid,isovaleric acid and valerate cocentration showed a quadratic relationship with FIB (0.05 < P < 0.1).The results suggested that the four additives could increase the feed degradation rate with no effect on rumen fermentation.
