目的:建立雪梨膏的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定雪梨膏中绿原酸类多酚化合物的含量。结果检测波长为329nm,绿原酸在3.5-28.2μg/mL线性关系良好( r=0.9998);平均回收率95.59%;有较好的精密度、重复性及稳定性。结论本方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于雪梨膏的含量测定。

s:Objective To establish the determination method of Xueli extract.Method Determine the polyphenol compounds of chlo-rogenic acids in Xueli extract by UV spectrophotometry.Result The wavelength was 329nm,Chlorogenic acids was linear in the range of 3. 5-28.2μg/mL(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 95.59%,precision,repetition and stability was well .Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,it also has good reproducibility.This method can be applied to determine the Xueli extract.
