目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法80例恢复期脑卒中抑郁症患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规神经系统药物和简单的康复治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药平肝潜阳方。两组分别在治疗前及治疗6周后，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）评定抑郁症状；根据HAMD评分减分率进行抑郁状态评定。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（ P＜0．01）；治疗6周后，两组HAMD评分均较治疗前下降，而治疗组下降的幅度明显高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论中医平肝潜阳法可有效地改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁情绪。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료뇌졸중후억욱증적림상료효。방법80례회복기뇌졸중억욱증환자수궤분위량조。대조조급여상규신경계통약물화간단적강복치료；치료조재대조조기출상가용중약평간잠양방。량조분별재치료전급치료6주후，채용한밀이돈억욱량표（ HAMD）평정억욱증상；근거HAMD평분감분솔진행억욱상태평정。결과치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조（ P＜0．01）；치료6주후，량조HAMD평분균교치료전하강，이치료조하강적폭도명현고우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론중의평간잠양법가유효지개선뇌졸중후억욱환자적억욱정서。
s:Objective To observe the effect of smoothing liver and invigorating blood circulation therapy on depression after stroke. Methods 80 cases of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given conventional simple nerv-ous system drugs and rehabilitation treatment and the treatment group were given Pingganqianyang decoction based on the control group.Before treatment and after 6 weeks’ treatment,using Hamilton depression rating scale ( HAMD) to assess depression symptoms;according to the rate of HAMD score points assessed the depressive state.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group( P<0.01);after treating for 6 weeks,two groups of HAMD scores were decreased, the treatment group was higher than that in control group( P<0.05) .Conclusion Smoothing liver and invigorating blood circulation therapy on depression after stroke can effectively improve patients with depression.
