目的：比较延胡索醋制前后延胡索乙素（ THP）在大鼠血清和脏器的分布差异。方法采用HPLC法测定4组大鼠血清及脏器中延胡索乙素含量。结果在血清中延胡索乙素含量醋品组高于生品组；在脏器中，除肝脏外其他脏器均未检出。结论醋制能促进延胡索乙素在肝脏中的富集，给药1h醋品中血清延胡索乙素含量高，醋制利于延胡索乙素在血清中的溶出。
목적：비교연호색작제전후연호색을소（ THP）재대서혈청화장기적분포차이。방법채용HPLC법측정4조대서혈청급장기중연호색을소함량。결과재혈청중연호색을소함량작품조고우생품조；재장기중，제간장외기타장기균미검출。결론작제능촉진연호색을소재간장중적부집，급약1h작품중혈청연호색을소함량고，작제리우연호색을소재혈청중적용출。
s:Objective To investigate the differences of the distribution of THP’ s content in rat’ s serum and viscera between Corydalis and Corydalis Processed with Vinegar.Method To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of tetrahydropalmatine ( THP) of four groups of rat’ s serum and viscera.Results The content of tetrahydropalmatine of Corydalis processed with Vinegar is higher than Corydalis in serum, all the viscera has not been determined except liver.Conclusion Processing with vinegar can promote the enrich-ment of tetrahydropalmatine in the liver, the content of tetrahydropalmatine is higher in rat’ s serum of Corydalis processed with Vinegar group after dosing 1h, processing with vinegar can also promote the dissolution of tetrahydropalmatine in the serum.
