目的：探讨结直肠广基锯齿状腺瘤（ SSA／P）的临床、内镜及病理学特征。方法回顾性分析62例结直肠广基锯齿状腺瘤的临床内镜及病理学资料。结果结直肠广基锯齿状腺瘤以单发型多见（90．3％），占同期检出全部结直肠锯齿状病变的19．4％（62／320）。内镜下形态以扁平型和广基型息肉居多（分别占55．9％和19．1％），病变直径＞10 mm占30．9％；左半和右半结肠病变分别为45．6％和54．4％，左半和右半结肠的病变形态分布差异无统计学意义（χ2＝6．751，P＝0．08）。 LST型息肉和直径＞10 mm的病变更多位于右半结肠（χ2分别为4．867，10．069，P均＜0．05）。伴中度以上细胞异型增生2例，局部癌变1例。结论结直肠SSA／P内镜下形态及分布部位均有其自身特点，结合组织学形态有助于SSA／P的诊断。
목적：탐토결직장엄기거치상선류（ SSA／P）적림상、내경급병이학특정。방법회고성분석62례결직장엄기거치상선류적림상내경급병이학자료。결과결직장엄기거치상선류이단발형다견（90．3％），점동기검출전부결직장거치상병변적19．4％（62／320）。내경하형태이편평형화엄기형식육거다（분별점55．9％화19．1％），병변직경＞10 mm점30．9％；좌반화우반결장병변분별위45．6％화54．4％，좌반화우반결장적병변형태분포차이무통계학의의（χ2＝6．751，P＝0．08）。 LST형식육화직경＞10 mm적병변경다위우우반결장（χ2분별위4．867，10．069，P균＜0．05）。반중도이상세포이형증생2례，국부암변1례。결론결직장SSA／P내경하형태급분포부위균유기자신특점，결합조직학형태유조우SSA／P적진단。
Objective To investigate the clinical,endoscopic and histopathological features of colorectal sessile serrated adenoma/polyp ( SSA/P) .Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical,histopathological characteristics and data of 62 cases with colorectal SSA/P were conducted.Results Single type has a proportion of 90.3% of all cases with colorectal SSA/P.The detection rate of SSA/P in all colorectal serrated adenoma synchronously was 19.4%(62/320).The most types in endoscopy were comprised of the flat and sessile type (55.9% and 19.1%,respectively) and the size of 30.9% of all polyps was >10 mm.45.6%of polyps were located in left colon and 54.4%in right colon.There had no significant difference in endoscopic mor-phous of SSA/P between the left colon and right colon(χ2 =6.751,P=0.08).Either polyps of laterally spreading type(LST) or polyps of diameter >10 mm were more distributed in right side(χ2 =4.867,10.069,respectively;P<0.05).Histopathological-ly,SSA/P with cytological dysplasia was found in 2 cases,canceration in 1 case.Conclusion Colorectal SSA/P has its specific characteristic on endoscopic morphological features and distribution location.On this basis histological examination would contrib-ute to identifying the SSA/P exactly.
