目的:总结参芪益肺糖浆治疗肺癌的有效。方法将62例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=32)。对照组采用常规放化疗手段治疗,试验组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,加服参芪益肺糖浆,随访2年,比较疗效。结果试验组体质量明显减轻、WBC<3×109/L、淋巴细胞转化CPM和肺损伤的比率分别为18.75%、6.25%、9.37%和6.25%,少于对照组的90.00%、30.00%、20.00%和26.67%,而试验组的缓解率(CR+PR)53.13%则高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪益肺糖浆具有减少化疗药物对骨髓的抑制作用,有利于减少和预防放射性肺损伤,增强抗癌功效。

Objective To summarize the effective treatment of lung cancer with the treatment of lung cancer.Methods 62 cases of advanced lung cancer patients were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and experimental group (32 cases). The control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the experimental group was treated with the control group, and the treatment method of the control group was treated with the therapy of the control group.Results the quality of body of the experimental group were significantly reduced, the ratio of WBC < 3×109 / L, lymphocyte transformation of CPM and lung injury were 18.75%, 6.25%, 9.37% and 6.25%, less than the control group 90.00%, 30.00%, 20.00% and 26.67%, and in the experimental group, the remission rate (PR) was 53.13% is higher than that of the control group of 40%, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Shen Qi Yi lung syrup can reduce the inhibitory effect of chemotherapy drugs on the bone marrow, which is beneficial to reduce and prevent radiation-induced lung injury, and enhance the anticancer effect.
