目的：了解精神疾病专科医院门诊咨询台药物咨询情况，为指导临床工作提供依据。方法：收集2011年1月－2014年12月北京市某精神疾病专科医院门诊咨询台药物咨询记录598条，对咨询药物的种类及咨询内容进行统计分析。结果：药物咨询记录逐年上升，2013年起上升幅度明显，其中2013年年增长率为63．54％，2014年年增长率为82．17％。2013年和2014年药物咨询种类中，硫杂蒽类药物咨询最多，分别为53．50％和48．25％。2013年和2014年咨询药物种类的构成比差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。在2013年和2014年咨询内容中，药物不良反应所占比例最高，分别为29．94％和27．27％，2013年和2014年咨询内容比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论：精神疾病专科医院门诊咨询台药物咨询服务有助于提高精神疾病患者用药的依从性和合理性，对保证患者用药安全和有效十分重要。

목적：료해정신질병전과의원문진자순태약물자순정황，위지도림상공작제공의거。방법：수집2011년1월－2014년12월북경시모정신질병전과의원문진자순태약물자순기록598조，대자순약물적충류급자순내용진행통계분석。결과：약물자순기록축년상승，2013년기상승폭도명현，기중2013년년증장솔위63．54％，2014년년증장솔위82．17％。2013년화2014년약물자순충류중，류잡은류약물자순최다，분별위53．50％화48．25％。2013년화2014년자순약물충류적구성비차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。재2013년화2014년자순내용중，약물불량반응소점비례최고，분별위29．94％화27．27％，2013년화2014년자순내용비교차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론：정신질병전과의원문진자순태약물자순복무유조우제고정신질병환자용약적의종성화합이성，대보증환자용약안전화유효십분중요。
Objective: To discuss on mental disease hospital drug consultation in outpatient advisory station, to provide the basis for clinical work.Methods: Collected drug consultation 598 records at hospital outpatient advisory station from 2011 January to 2014 December, statistical analyses of the drug types and contents of drug counseling.Results: Drug consultation records increased in recent 4 years, especially since 2013 rising significantly, its annual growth rate in 2013 is 63.54%, 2014 is 82.17%;thioxanthene drugs the highest proportion, respectively 53.50%and 48.25%, 2013 and 2014 advisory drugs constituent ratio were compared, no significant difference(P>0.05), drug consultation types has no re-cent change;the consultation content, adverse drug reactions accounted for the highest proportion, respectively 29.94% and 27.27%, there is no significant difference between 2013 and 2014 (P>0.05).Conclusion:Drug consultation service in mental disease hospital is helpful to improve psy-chiatric patients medication compliance and rationality, to improve the safety of patients with medication and effectively is very important.
