目的:观察细辛长期毒性对SD大鼠心电图及心肌酶谱的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(蒸馏水)和细辛低、中、高剂量组(0.27、0.81、1.35 g/kg),每日灌胃1次,连续28d。分别于给药第0、14、28天测定各组Ⅱ导联心电图,并计算心率,给药第28天采集血液测定心肌酶谱。结果与对照组比较,细辛低剂量组心电图及心肌酶各指标无明显变化;中、高剂量组心率减慢,中剂量组可显著引起肌酸激酶( CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶( CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶( LDH)、羟丁酸脱氢酶( HBDH)含量升高;高剂量组LDH含量升高,CK、CK-MB和HBDH含量恢复至正常。结论长期大剂量服用细辛可能对心功能有一定的抑制作用。

목적:관찰세신장기독성대SD대서심전도급심기매보적영향。방법장SD대서수궤분위공백대조조(증류수)화세신저、중、고제량조(0.27、0.81、1.35 g/kg),매일관위1차,련속28d。분별우급약제0、14、28천측정각조Ⅱ도련심전도,병계산심솔,급약제28천채집혈액측정심기매보。결과여대조조비교,세신저제량조심전도급심기매각지표무명현변화;중、고제량조심솔감만,중제량조가현저인기기산격매( CK)、기산격매동공매( CK-MB)、유산탈경매( LDH)、간정산탈경매( HBDH)함량승고;고제량조LDH함량승고,CK、CK-MB화HBDH함량회복지정상。결론장기대제량복용세신가능대심공능유일정적억제작용。
s:Objective To observe the effects of long term toxicity of Asarum on SD rat’ s ECG and myocardl enzyme spectrum.Meth-ods SD rats were randomly divided into four erperimental groups:control group, low dose group, middle dose group, and high dose group of Asarum(0.27、0.81、1.35g/kg).All rats were gavaged once a day , which last 28 days.On the 0th,14thand 28thday after administrated , the electrocardiogram were texted.The myocardial enzyme were detected after the 28 th gavage.Results compared with the control group, There was no changes in electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme of the rat in low dose group.In the middle ang high dose group, heart rate decreased significantly.The content of CK, CK-MB, LDH and HBDH increased with significant difference in the medium dose group rats. The content of LDH of high dose group were higher than those in the control group;the content of serum CK,CK-MB and LDH returned to normal.Conclusion Long -term toxicity of Asarum may has a inhibitory effect on rat’ s heart function.
