Food poisoning%Vibrio parahemolyticus
目的:确定食物中毒发生的原因。方法:对病人进行流行病学调查以及进行现场卫生学调查,并采集病人肛拭及食品等标本进行实验室检验及分析。结果:5份病人肛拭标本和1份半成品食品标本鸡肫均检出副溶血性弧菌。结论:依据《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》及《副溶血性弧菌食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》,确定这是一起由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒。

목적:학정식물중독발생적원인。방법:대병인진행류행병학조사이급진행현장위생학조사,병채집병인항식급식품등표본진행실험실검험급분석。결과:5빈병인항식표본화1빈반성품식품표본계순균검출부용혈성호균。결론:의거《식물중독진단표준급기술처리총칙》급《부용혈성호균식물중독진단표준급처리원칙》,학정저시일기유부용혈성호균인기적식물중독。
Objective Confirm the reason for food poisioning.Methods Epidemiological investigation and the field hygiene investigation on patients were conducted, and samples were collected from patients anus swab sampls and food samples for laboratory testing and analysis.Results Six strains of Vibriio parahaemolyticus were detected in these samples; 5 were from patients anus swab samples and 1 were from semi-finished food samples: chicken gizzard. Conclusion According to General principles of diagnostic criteria and technical for food poisoning and Diagnostic criteria and principles of management for food poisoning of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, we can conclude that this food poisoning incident was caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
