目的：建立玄参饮片的高效液相色谱法（ HPLC）特征图谱，为玄参饮片的质量评价提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以C18（250mm ×4．6mm，5μm）为色谱柱，甲醇－0．1％甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱，以道地优质玄参为建模样本，建立玄参饮片的HPLC标准特征图谱。结果该特征图谱具18个共有特征峰。其中安格洛苷－C、肉桂酸和哈巴俄苷的色谱峰得到很好的分离，新产药材加工的13批饮片相似度均＞0．95，其质量较好；23批市售饮片相似度有较大差别，存在较大质量差异。结论建立的玄参饮片HPLC标准特征图谱特征峰数量多，色谱信息量大，有助于玄参饮片的质量评价。
