目的：观察颈夹脊穴正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效及其对血清内皮素（ET）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF－α）水平的影响。方法68例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组。风痛宁组口服氟桂利嗪联合颈夹脊穴正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗，盐水组口服氟桂利嗪联合颈夹脊穴生理盐水电致孔透皮给药治疗，两组疗程均为10d。结果治疗后两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）；两组ESCV积分、ET及TNF－α水平与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；风痛宁组ESCV积分、ET及TNF－α水平与盐水组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论颈夹脊穴正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有较好的疗效，可降低血清中ET、TNF－α水平。
목적：관찰경협척혈정청풍통저주사액전치공투피급약치료추동맥형경추병적림상료효급기대혈청내피소（ET）、종류배사인자α（TNF－α）수평적영향。방법68례추동맥형경추병환자수궤분위량조。풍통저조구복불계리진연합경협척혈정청풍통저주사액전치공투피급약치료，염수조구복불계리진연합경협척혈생리염수전치공투피급약치료，량조료정균위10d。결과치료후량조총유효솔비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05）；량조ESCV적분、ET급TNF－α수평여치료전비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；풍통저조ESCV적분、ET급TNF－α수평여염수조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론경협척혈정청풍통저주사액전치공투피급약치료추동맥형경추병유교호적료효，가강저혈청중ET、TNF－α수평。
s:Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroporation transdermal drug delivery of Zhengqinfengtongning injection in Cervical Jiaji points in treatment of Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA),and its effects on levels of serum endothelin (ET), tumornecrosisfactoralpha(TNF-α).Methods 68caseswererandomlydividedintotwogroups.Fengtongninggroupweregivenelectro-poration transdermal therapy of Zhengqinfengtongning injection in Cervical Jiaji points and flunarizine.Saline group were given electroporation transdermal therapy of saline in Cervical Jiaji points and flunarizine.Both groups treated for 10 days.Results The total efficiency between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).The ESCV scores and the levels of ET, TNF-αin two groups were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05), and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Electroporation transdermal drug delivery of Zhengqingfengtongn-ing injection in Cervical Jiaji points has good effect in treating CSA, and decreases the level of ET, TNF-α.
