目的:观察补肾活血方干预肾虚血瘀型卵巢储备功能下降( DOR)之月经后期、过少的作用。方法将40例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服补肾活血方,对照组口服克龄蒙,通过观察患者血清激素水平,抑制素B( INHB),抗苗勒管激素( AMH)等指标,来评估补肾活血方干预卵巢储备功能下降患者的疗效。结果治疗组调经疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后激素水平与INHB、AMH水平与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),且两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血法治疗DOR,不仅缓解临床症状,促进月经来潮,还能改善性激素水平,进而恢复和改善卵巢储备功能。

목적:관찰보신활혈방간예신허혈어형란소저비공능하강( DOR)지월경후기、과소적작용。방법장40례환자수궤분위량조,치료조구복보신활혈방,대조조구복극령몽,통과관찰환자혈청격소수평,억제소B( INHB),항묘륵관격소( AMH)등지표,래평고보신활혈방간예란소저비공능하강환자적료효。결과치료조조경료효우우대조조(P<0.01);량조치료후격소수평여INHB、AMH수평여치료전비교유통계학차이(P<0.05,P<0.01),차량조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론보신활혈법치료DOR,불부완해림상증상,촉진월경래조,환능개선성격소수평,진이회복화개선란소저비공능。
s:Objective To observe Bushenhuoxue decoctionin treatment of kidney deficiency and blood ovarian reserve decline in the late menstruation.Methods 80caseswererandomlydividedintotwogroups.ThetreatmentgrouptakenorallyBushenhuoxuedecoction,andthe control group treated with Climen.To study the level changes of blood basis of FSH , LH,FSH /LH and E2,INHB, AMH after treatment, to evaluate the efficacy of Bushenhuoxue decoction on intervention declining ovarian reserve .Rseult The effect of menstruation of treatment group was better than control group(P<0 .01);the hormone levels and the levels of INHB and AMH had signification difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01);there had significant difference between two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushenhuoxue De-coction for the treatment of DOR, not only relieve symptoms, promote menstrual cramps, can improve the levels of sex hormones, and restore and improve the ovarian reserve function.
