目的：探讨老年胃癌患者术后并发症的发生情况。方法选取80例老年胃癌手术患者为研究对象，对其术后并发症发生情况进行分析。结果肺部感染发生率为11．25％，胸腔积液发生率为5．00％，切口感染3．75％，吻合口瘘1．25％，吻合口梗阻2．50％，营养不良2．50％，心律失常1．25％。肺部感染发生率和其他并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论老年胃癌患者术后并发症发生较常见，积极采取措施能有效降低并发症的发生率。
목적：탐토노년위암환자술후병발증적발생정황。방법선취80례노년위암수술환자위연구대상，대기술후병발증발생정황진행분석。결과폐부감염발생솔위11．25％，흉강적액발생솔위5．00％，절구감염3．75％，문합구루1．25％，문합구경조2．50％，영양불량2．50％，심률실상1．25％。폐부감염발생솔화기타병발증발생솔비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론노년위암환자술후병발증발생교상견，적겁채취조시능유효강저병발증적발생솔。
Objective To investigate the postoperative complications in elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods Postoperative complications in 80 elderly patients with gastric cancer were to analyzed.Results The incidence rate of pulmonary infection was 11.25%,the incidence rate of pleural effusion was 5.00%,incision infection was 3.75%,anastomotic fistula was 1.25%,anastomotic obstruction was 2.50%,malnutrition was 2.50%,arrhythmia was 1.25%,there had statistical significance in the incidence rate of pulmonary infection and other complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative complications in eld-erly patients with gastric cancer is common,active measures can effectively reduce the complications.
