目的：探讨高压氧治疗危重颅脑外伤的临床效果。方法选择2012‐01－2014‐01我院收治的100例危重颅脑外伤患者，随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗，包括营养支持、维持水电解质酸碱平衡等。观察组在对照组基础上行高压氧治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率74.0％，观察组88.0％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗时间＜30 d 、31～60 d 和＞60 d 的患者总有效率分别为93.8％、80.0％和66.7％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与常规治疗相比，高压氧治疗危重颅脑外伤的临床效果更加理想，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토고압양치료위중로뇌외상적림상효과。방법선택2012‐01－2014‐01아원수치적100례위중로뇌외상환자，수궤분위대조조여관찰조각50례。대조조급여상규치료，포괄영양지지、유지수전해질산감평형등。관찰조재대조조기출상행고압양치료。관찰2조림상료효。결과대조조총유효솔74.0％，관찰조88.0％，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。관찰조치료시간＜30 d 、31～60 d 화＞60 d 적환자총유효솔분별위93.8％、80.0％화66.7％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론여상규치료상비，고압양치료위중로뇌외상적림상효과경가이상，치득림상추엄。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods 100 cases with severe craniocerebral trauma treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected , which were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given the conventional treatment ,including nutritional support and maintaining water electrolyte and acid‐base balance , etc. The observation group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group. We observed clinical thera‐peutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in observation group during each phase of illness. Results After treatment ,the total effective rate in the control group was 74% ,which was significantly lower than 88% in observation group(P< 0.05). In obser‐vation group ,the total effective rates of sick time < 30 d ,31 ~ 60 d and > 60 d were 93.8% ,80% and 66.7% ,with significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional treatment ,clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma can be more ideal ,which is worthy of clinical application. The earlier the patients receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy ,the higher the total efficiency. Therefore patients should be treated as soon as possible.
