目的探讨广州地区健康人群血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)水平的参考值范围。方法对本院2010年~2014年2379例健康体检者进行血清TSGF检测。结果参考值范围为(50.9±8.2)U/mL，>30~40和>40~50岁两组女性健康体检者TSGF水平较高；男性健康体检者随着年龄增长，TSGF水平及阳性率都有升高趋势。结论 TSGF可以作为健康体检的筛查指标，而TSGF检测应根据不同年龄、不同性别制订相应的参考范围。
목적탐토엄주지구건강인군혈청종류특이성생장인자(TSGF)수평적삼고치범위。방법대본원2010년~2014년2379례건강체검자진행혈청TSGF검측。결과삼고치범위위(50.9±8.2)U/mL，>30~40화>40~50세량조녀성건강체검자TSGF수평교고；남성건강체검자수착년령증장，TSGF수평급양성솔도유승고추세。결론 TSGF가이작위건강체검적사사지표，이TSGF검측응근거불동년령、불동성별제정상응적삼고범위。
Objective To discuss the reference value of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF)in healthy population in Guangzhou area.Methods Serum levels of TSGF were detected in 2379 healthy subjects from 2010 to 2014.Results The reference value of TSGF in these persons was found to be (50.9±8.2)U/mL,the level of TSGF were higher in>30~40 and>40~50 age women.The level of TSGF in men were increased with age.Conclusion Performing TSGF test in health examination is great significance to the early diagnosis of malignant tumors.There reference value range of TSGF should be set according to dif erent gender and age.
