某工厂氧气球罐顶部进气阀连接用不锈钢螺柱在服役过程中发生断裂,采用断口分析、微区能谱分析、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法对螺柱断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺柱断裂是在工业大气腐蚀环境和外界拉应力共同作用下产生的沿晶型应力腐蚀开裂,其根本原因是由于螺柱所用奥氏体不锈钢化学成分不当,C 含量偏高,Cr 含量偏低,Mn 含量明显偏高而 Ni 含量明显偏低,造成奥氏体不锈钢晶间贫铬,增加了晶间腐蚀敏感性。
某工廠氧氣毬罐頂部進氣閥連接用不鏽鋼螺柱在服役過程中髮生斷裂,採用斷口分析、微區能譜分析、化學成分分析和金相檢驗等方法對螺柱斷裂的原因進行瞭分析。結果錶明:螺柱斷裂是在工業大氣腐蝕環境和外界拉應力共同作用下產生的沿晶型應力腐蝕開裂,其根本原因是由于螺柱所用奧氏體不鏽鋼化學成分不噹,C 含量偏高,Cr 含量偏低,Mn 含量明顯偏高而 Ni 含量明顯偏低,造成奧氏體不鏽鋼晶間貧鉻,增加瞭晶間腐蝕敏感性。

Fracture of air intake valve stainless studs used for connection in the top of oxygen spherical tank occurred during service process,and means such as fracture analysis,energy spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination were used to analyze the reasons of studs.The results show that the fracture of studs was intergranular stress corrosion cracking under the combined ac-tion of industrial atmospheric corrosion environment and tensile stress.The chemical compositions of the studs were unqualified,the content of carbon was higher,the content of chromium was lower,while the content of manganese was significantly higher but the content of nickel was significantly lower than the standard value,it resulted in grain boundary poor chromium,which increased the sensitivity of the studs to stress corrosion cracking.
