基于 ABAQUS 有限元分析软件对三维螺旋管模型进行了残余应力的模拟。运用 FORTRAN语言编写 DFLUX 子程序控制热源的移动路径、速度以及幅值,得到了焊接过程中的温度场及残余应力场,且焊接残余应力场的分布趋势得到了试验验证。结果表明,随着热源的移动,温度场和应力场呈现出关于焊缝对称的不均匀分布;应力值在熔合区表现出最大拉应力。同时,探讨了热振幅曲线法对焊接残余应力模拟结果的准确性。通过与子程序法对比,发现热振幅曲线法可以较为准确地预测焊接残余应力的分布,为大型复杂结构焊接残余应力的模拟提供了一种高效的方法。

The welding residual stress of spiral pipe was simulated using the ABAQUS commercial soft-ware.The subroutine compiled by FORTRAN language was adopted to control the welding path,velocity and magnitude of heat source.The distributions of spiral pipe′s temperature field and welding residual stresses were obtained.The results show that with the move of the heat source,the distribution of the tem-perature and the residual field is symmetrical with respect to the welding seam but not uniform.Mean-while,it is found that the maximum tensile residual stress is located at the fusion zone.Besides,the accu-racy and feasibility of the thermal load amplitude curve method was discussed.Compared with the results obtained by calling the subroutine,it is known that thermal load amplitude curve method can also accu-rately predict the welding residual stress,providing an efficient method to calculate the welding residual stress of a complex structure.
